About The Position
Maple Manor Rehabilitation of Novi is seeking a full-time Social Worker to provide essential services to residents in a skilled nursing facility. The role involves addressing the emotional needs of residents and their families, facilitating discharge planning, and ensuring compliance with Medicare and Medicaid regulations. The Social Worker will work under the supervision of the Social Services Director and will be required to work at two facility locations in Novi and Wayne.
