About The Position
The COMPACT Act Social Worker Program Coordinator functions as a coordinator for the care of Veterans at risk who have eligibility through the COMPACT Act. They serve as an advisor to facility leadership, program managers, and staff concerning the COMPACT Act and strategies for individual Veterans, the facility, and the Veteran community.
