Requirements

• Licensed or registered in the state of practice as required by state regulations.
• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) required with a specialization in clinical practice.
• Registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) required.
• Full vaccination against COVID-19 or a medical/religious exemption is required.

Nice To Haves

• Two years of experience as a social worker in a healthcare setting preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of government and private insurance programs.
• Basic computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support and advocate for patients undergoing dialysis.
• Help patients understand their rights and responsibilities.
• Guide patients in managing the demands of End Stage Renal Disease.
