About The Position
We are seeking a highly motivated candidate with medical/healthcare environment background preferred; however, will consider candidates with background in mental health/adults and peds to cover ER/ Adults and Peds. This position is a 24-hour role for weekends, specifically Saturday and Sunday from 7 AM to 7 PM. The job involves providing skilled interventions for patient and family crises, problem-solving, advocacy, and mediation of risk factors while adhering to Saint Francis Health System policies and procedures.
