Through our comprehensive network of services, more than 26,000 children, adults, families and communities receive the care, encouragement and resources needed to realize their potential. The Role Our School Based Health Centers (SBHC) Program is looking for licensed mental health practitioners with related experience to staff school-based outpatient clinics in Stamford, Connecticut. These are 10-month positions and are based on the approved public-school calendar. SBHC mental health clinicians provide health education (both large and small group instruction) and individual, family, and group counseling to students in middle and high schools, often working as part of interdisciplinary health care teams with nurse practitioners and health educators. Full-time work schedule for the SBHC clinician positions is 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-2:30pm.
