This initiative will expand access to affordable, high-quality care for around 800 Medicaid ACO patients—both those new to our Medical Group and existing patients with urgent or same-day needs. We’re looking for a compassionate, skilled Full-Time Social Worker (40 hours/week) to join our dynamic team and play a key role in this groundbreaking program! Our clinic operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, located at 500 Merrimack Street, Lawrence, MA 01843.
