About The Position

The Social Worker delivers therapeutic services to patients in the Partial Hospitalization Program, to include individual, group, and family services. Provides on-going crisis management, case management, biopsychosocial assessments, and individualized treatment planning to encompass an overall quality of care for all patients.

Requirements

• Graduate of a master's degree program in social work from a college or university approved by the Council of Social Work.
• Licensure as a Social Worker in the state of MD required.

Responsibilities
