Social Worker LCSW at Providence St. Jude Medical Center, Fullerton, CA. This position is PT and will work 8-hour, Day shifts. Provides psychosocial evaluation of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease in an outpatient dialysis setting. Provides ongoing assessment, interventions, and advocacy for patients and their families. Requirements

• Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the U.S Council on Social Work Education.
• Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License
• Within 90 days of hire: Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
• 2 years experience in a hospital or institutional environment.
• 2 years in a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

• Experience in a dialysis setting.
