Social Worker LCSW at Providence St. Joseph Hospital Orange in Orange, CA. This position is FullTime and will work 40 hour week, Day shifts. Provides psychosocial evaluation of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease in an outpatient dialysis setting. Provides ongoing assessment, interventions, and advocacy for patients and their families. Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work from a program accredited by the U.S Council on Social Work Education.
  • Upon hire: California Clinical Social Worker License
  • Within 90 days of hire: Management of Assaultive Behavior (MAB)
  • 2 years experience in a hospital or institutional environment.
  • 2 years in a position that required participation on an Interdisciplinary Treatment Team.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a dialysis setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provides psychosocial evaluation of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease in an outpatient dialysis setting.
