The position involves performing clinical services that include a variety of therapy programs and techniques such as group and individual therapy, family and marital therapy, expressive therapy, crisis intervention and management, psychodrama, and problem solving. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining and completing service documentation such as psychosocial assessments, case notes, case reviews, court reports, and letters according to prescribed standards. They will conduct case reviews to determine current and future treatment plans, including after-care plans for clients completing treatment, based on quantitative results and professional opinion of client progress. The role requires consultation and collaboration with external agents including CHR, school officials, family members, physicians, and other health agencies regarding the organization's programs and client needs. Participation in staff meetings, treatment planning meetings, case conferences, and clinical seminars is also expected, providing information related to program administration and development. The incumbent will write correspondence on behalf of clients and their families, conduct case presentations and consultations with other agencies, and perform emergency evaluations of high-risk clients to determine the level of treatment needed. Additionally, they will develop and coordinate clinical programs within the division.
