Requirements

Responsibilities

• Promote recovery and symptom reduction to achieve the highest level of social functioning.
• Provide crisis management and family sessions to assist families in understanding complex life situations.
• Assist in developing effective treatment plans that apply therapeutic principles while ensuring patient safety.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings to discuss patient assessments and treatment plans.
• Communicate with family members to help them understand and support the patient.
• Manage a caseload and maintain patient chart documentation.
• Facilitate education, process groups, support groups, and referrals as needed.
• Demonstrate a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers.
• Acknowledge and work to resolve complaints when patient needs are not met.
• Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
