About The Position
We are currently seeking a Social Worker II to join our Inpatient Psych team. This full-time role will work days (Monday to Friday). The purpose of this position is to provide direct service to clients and their families, which includes social work assessment, interventions and treatment plans, supportive counseling and crisis intervention, care management, discharge/transition planning, advocacy and support. The social worker will also seek resources and services to address unmet needs and provide consultation services and in-service education programs related to the psychosocial aspects of health care to other professional staff members on the healthcare team.
