About The Position

Baptist Health is seeking a Social Worker to join our team. This is a Full Time Days opportunity. This Social Worker will be a part of an interdisciplinary care team with the goal to enhance well being by helping meet the needs impacting a person's life through psychosocial support and connection to appropriate resources. There is a focus on alleviating barriers and lessening the burden of medical conditions.

Requirements

• 1-2 years Social Work Experience
• Case Management Experience
• Bachelor's Degree
