About The Position

Full time Social Worker - Hospice Columbia and Greene Counties The Community Hospice has a full time opportunity for a social worker to join our hospice care team caring for patients in primarily the Columbia county area as part of our Interdisciplinary Team in homes and Nursing homes. As a member of the hospice interdisciplinary team, the primary focus is to respond to the emotional and psychological needs of patients, families and staff. Position is Full time Monday- Friday 8a-4:30p. Pay Range: $30.00 - $43.08 Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
