Scheduled Weekly Hours: 36 Gundersen Health System (becoming Emplify Health) is seeking a full-time skilled Social Worker for our Hospice team who is committed to excellence, enjoys teamwork, and contributes daily to our mission, vision and values. What you will work: This position is full-time (72 hours bi-weekly), primary day shifts Monday -Friday 8am - 4:30pm Every 5th weekend on-call. Requirements
