  • Develop care plans for residents and provide therapeutic support as needed.
  • Master's degree in social work.
  • Valid and current LSW or LCSW license.
  • 2-3 years of clinical social work experience.
  • Ability to make psychosocial assessments and develop and implement viable care plans.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
