About The Position
Tanglwood is seeking an experienced Social Services Designee to join our team! SOCIAL SERVICES DESIGNEE Job Description: Help with planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the overall operation of the Social Service Department. The Social Services Designee will provide medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psycho-social well-being.
