About The Position
Crowley is seeking an experienced and dedicated Licensed Social Worker. The Social Worker Director will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating and directing the overall operation of the Social Service Department. This role involves providing medically related social work services so that each resident may attain or maintain the highest practicable level of physical, mental and psychosocial well-being.
Requirements
- 2 years Social Work experience in a Long Term Care, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Hospital
- 4 year Degree
- Licensed Social Worker in the State of Texas
