About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum Education - Applicants must meet one of the following education and experience pathways: Option 1 (Preferred): Bachelor’s or Master's degree in counseling and guidance, rehabilitation counseling, social work, education, vocational counseling, psychology, pastoral counseling, family therapy, or a related human service field Option 2: Bachelor’s degree in any other field plus 2 years of documented supervised clinical experience Option 3: High school diploma or GED plus at least 5 years of documented clinical experience in mental health or human services.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in clinical care with a focus on Community-Based/Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred
  • Certifications: Ability to complete First Aid, CPR, de-escalation, and required professional development training
  • Other Requirements: Ability to pass background checks, compliance screenings, and drug screening NPI and/or Medicaid Number

Responsibilities

  • Provide Impactful Care: Conduct culturally responsive, trauma-informed clinical assessments and evaluations that honor each client’s strengths, needs, and goals.
  • Partner in Healing: Collaborate with clients, families, treatment teams, and community partners to develop meaningful, individualized treatment plans.
  • Support Through All Seasons: Deliver therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and other clinical services that meet clients where they are.
  • Respond with Care: Address client needs promptly and thoughtfully, ensuring timely support during critical moments.
  • Document with Purpose: Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation to support quality care and regulatory standards.
  • Practice with Integrity: Uphold ethical standards, confidentiality, and professional conduct in alignment with licensure and Family Solutions’ values.
  • Grow with Us: Participate in training, quality improvement initiatives, and team collaboration that support professional growth and excellent outcomes.
  • Deliver Consistent Services: Provide consistent, client-centered services by meeting an average productivity expectation of 28 billable hours per week, supported by strong documentation and teamwork.
