About The Position

The Social Worker performs all functions with respect for the patient’s specific age and needs. The Social Worker performs a complete psychosocial assessment of the patient and makes recommendations to the health care team.

Requirements

• Experience in health care or psychiatric setting preferred.
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish).
• Must demonstrate commitment and adherence to STHS’s Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.

Responsibilities

• Perform a complete psychosocial assessment of the patient.
• Make recommendations to the health care team based on the assessment.
