The Courville at Nashua is a Senior Healthcare Community in Nashua, NH. We are locally owned and operated and committed to providing personalized service and care. We’re looking for a Part-time Social Worker with LTC experience to join our dedicated staff. 20 hours per week Long Term Care experience required Flexible Schedule Up to $33/hr based on experience We have a strong teamwork ethic, a welcoming environment, and offer a personal setting where you can get to know our residents and their families. Requirements
- Experience in rehabilitation and/or healthcare
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Long Term Care experience required
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate all the major aspects of the patient's care
- Communicate the relevant aspects of the long-term care process to all necessary parties
- Assuring financial reimbursement for services
- Promoting adequate documentation
