About The Position
The Adolescent Health Clinic Social Worker plays a crucial role in providing a continuum of psychosocial services to address the needs of adolescent patients and their families. This position focuses on mental health interventions, including assessments, crisis stabilization, treatment planning, and resource referrals, particularly for issues such as Eating Disorders, Anxiety, Depression, and Gender Dysphoria.
