University Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor - Social Work to oversee the delivery of high-quality social work services across inpatient, outpatient, and emergency settings. In this leadership role, you will supervise bachelor's- and master's-level social workers as well as graduate social work interns, ensuring excellence in patient-centered care throughout our medical/surgical and maternal-child health units. In addition to clinical supervision, you'll provide direct care to patients facing acute, chronic, or terminal illnesses, while participating in multidisciplinary teams to support holistic treatment planning. This is a highly autonomous role with a direct reporting line to the System Director of Social Work and Care Coordination.
