UNC Horizons at Wake seeks a Project Coordinator to provide overall clinical and administrative support for a time-limited, three-year project focused on pregnant/parenting women and single women with substance use disorder diagnoses leaving incarceration in Raleigh, NC. The position will assist the project team in project planning and design, program implementation, process evaluation, database development, development of project protocols, data collection and data quality oversight, project administration, and reviewing and completing reports. This position will also be responsible for training and supervising project case management staff and overseeing the justice-involved phone line to initiate care coordination. This position will be responsible for clinical assessments to determine substance use disorder and mental health conditions that align with the DSM -5 manual. This individual will also obtain behavioral and physical health information from UNC , NCDAC , local health departments, and other community-based agencies. The person in this position will ensure compliance with all project protocols and regulations and will monitor data collection and project documentation for internal and external audits and quality assurance and improvement efforts. This position requires a clinical license and an understanding of working with women and families impacted by substance use, trauma, and incarceration.
