Pathway Caring for Children, a nonprofit agency serving children and families through foster care, adoption, and counseling, is seeking Master's-level Social Work students (LSW or SWT) for for-credit internships. This is a valuable opportunity to gain direct clinical experience and grow under the guidance of licensed professionals.

  • Participate in orientation, training, and supervision with experienced clinicians
  • Shadow and co-facilitate therapy sessions
  • Learn case documentation and intake procedures
  • Support program development and school-based initiatives
  • Complete supervised therapy sessions for approved clients
  • Currently enrolled in a Master's in Social Work (MSW) program
  • Eligible for an academic credit internship through your university
  • Strong interest in mental health, child welfare, and family services
  • Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Must complete a background check and any university compliance requirements before placement
  • Clinical experience in child and family mental health
  • Supervised hours toward licensure (if applicable)
