About The Position

Adelphi is seeking a Social Work/Counselor III – SUD Clinician to provide substance use disorder treatment services at a correctional facility in Colorado. The ideal candidate will deliver professional behavioral health services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, within a structured correctional setting.

Requirements

• Current behavioral health licensure in the State of Colorado as Licensed Addiction Counselor (LAC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Social Worker (LSW)
• Minimum of one year of licensed clinical experience, preferably providing substance use disorder treatment

Responsibilities

• Provide substance use disorder treatment services to incarcerated individuals
• Conduct formal and informal behavioral health and substance use assessments
• Develop individualized treatment plans to guide clinical care
• Provide individual and group therapy services
• Monitor client progress and update clinical documentation accordingly
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams
• Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care
• Maintain compliance with facility policies, procedures, and professional standards
• Provide clinical guidance to non-clinical staff as appropriate
• Any additional duties as assigned
