One California Job Summary and Responsibilities Position Summary: Under direct supervision, the incumbent identifies and evaluates potential clients as total persons and identifies the functional limitations which impede independent living. This position reports to the RN Supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelors Other in social work from an accredited school
- Two years of experience providing social service in one or more of the fields of aging health and long term care services
- Basic Life Support - CPR (Must be through the American Heart Association)
