About The Position
Bronx Psychiatric Center is recruiting for Social Work Assistant 2 to provide case management and service coordination activities for individuals with mental illness. Candidates from outside or within State Service can apply. As a Social Work Assistant 2 at Bronx Psychiatric Center, you will manage a caseload for individuals with more complicated behavioral disorders including: Interviewing individuals and their families to gather background information, Preparing case histories and determining eligibility for services, Advocating and assisting individuals in identifying and obtaining services, Supervising Social Work Assistant 1 and direct care staff.
