You’re a storyteller-creator who feels comfortable on camera and thrives in the fast-moving world of social video. You don’t just follow trends, you understand why they work and how to adapt them for a brand. You’re equally excited about brainstorming new ideas, filming content, editing the final cut, and hitting “publish.” You’re not just a video producer for social: you own the entire process from concept to editing to upload, and you’re driven by curiosity, constantly learning, testing new ideas, and iterating based on performance.

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years creating social-first video content for brands or personal platforms
  • Strong on-camera confidence and storytelling ability
  • Experience as a producer/editor - you write, shoot, and edit your own work
  • Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok and IG Reels culture, trends, and algorithms
  • Portfolio showcasing short-form, platform-native video content

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with livestreaming, creator-led content, or community engagement
  • Light motion graphics or animation skills
  • Familiarity with performance metrics and social analytics

Responsibilities

  • Create platform-native video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging channels where you’ll own end-to-end video production (ideation, scripting, filming, editing, captions, and posting)
  • Support and help shape YouTube and TikTok channel strategy and content, including creating tutorials, “getting started” marketing videos, and other educational formats designed to build trust and drive adoption
  • Appear on camera regularly as the face and voice of brand content
  • Produce and support live stream content, including planning, on-camera participation, and post-production repurposing for social platforms
  • Edit videos specifically for each platform’s pacing, hooks, and best practices
  • Collaborate with marketing, brand, and product teams on new feature campaigns and product launches
  • Track performance and optimize content based on engagement, retention, and audience response
  • Manage UGC and partnerships with influential users for cross-channel content collaborations
