About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Behavioral Health Services this position is responsible for the efficient operation of all aspects of the therapy program. Responsibilities include: completion of psychosocial assessments, supervision of therapy staff (Behavioral Specialists, LCSW`s/MFT`s, Activity Therapist) and leading patient process groups. The tradition of caring that culminated in the establishment of Corona Regional Medical Center® began in 1965, with the founding of Corona Community Hospital. Corona Community Hospital merged with Circle City Medical Center in 1992 and the resulting entity became Corona Regional Medical Center. Requirements

  • Knowledge of Patient Rights.
  • Two years supervisory experience required, preferably in a clinical setting over Social Workers.
  • Psychiatric experience required.
  • Master`s degree in Social Work required.
  • Current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Current BLS (CPR) Certificate required.
  • Assaultive Behavior Management training certificate required within 90 days from date of hire
