What You'll Do: As a Director of Social Work, you will lead our Social Services Department and the programs within it. Your work will play a crucial role in ensuring the emotional, social, and psychological well-being of our residents. Requirements

  • Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) required.
  • Minimum of 4 years in social services, with at least 2 of those years in a leadership role in a long-term care setting
  • Strong understanding of the aging process, psychosocial needs of the elderly, and the impact of chronic illness
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team and build positive relationships with residents and their families
