Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field
- At least one (1) year of social services experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and resident rights
- Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to quality resident care
Responsibilities
