Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or related Human Services field
  • At least one (1) year of social services experience in a healthcare setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and resident rights
  • Compassion, empathy, and a commitment to quality resident care

Responsibilities
