About The Position
As the Social Services Director you will identify and provide for each resident's social, emotional, and psychological needs. You will assist in the planning for the resident's discharge, participate in resident care planning, and develop discharge planning to prepare residents for their transition. Additionally, you will serve as a general source of information for residents and their families.
