About The Position
Accura HealthCare of Hartington has the opportunity to welcome a Social Services Designee to join our team! Our Social Services Designees excel at serving, protecting and advocating for our residents and families. Social Services Designees are responsible for the operations of the Social Services Department, providing for each resident's social, emotional and psychological needs, and the continuing development of the resident's full potential from admission to discharge. Assists in the education regarding aging, Resident Rights, facility services, etc. Participates and contributes as a member of interdepartmental teams (IDT, QAPI), following all established policies and procedures.
