Requirements
Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) for Social Services Designee I and Social Worker I positions.
Requires credentials as a Licensed Bachelor Social Worker (LBSW) within a year of hire for Social Services Designee I and Social Worker I positions.
Recommended to continue education with obtaining Masters in Social Work (MSW) for Social Services Designee I and Social Worker I positions.
Graduate of a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education with a Masters of Social Work (MSW) for Social Services Designee II and Social Worker II positions.
Requires credentials as a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within a year of hire for Social Services Designee II and Social Worker II positions.
Experience in health care, crisis intervention, counseling and/or social agency preferred for all positions.
