About The Position
We are looking for compassionate, caring people to join our talented staff of health care professionals as we continue to grow to be the preferred, regional health care partner in our community. You will play a critical role in continuing the healing mission of Deaconess. For a fourth year in a row, Deaconess has been named one of America's 250 Best Hospitals by Healthgrades, placing Deaconess' clinical quality in the top 5% of hospitals in the nation. Deaconess is also the only hospital in Indiana to receive this ranking for four consecutive years. Deaconess was once again named to the Forbes list of America's Best Employers 2023. This award is presented by Forbes and Statista Inc., the world-leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider. The list includes 500 large employers and 500 mid-sized employers. On the large employer list, Deaconess placed 119th overall and 26th among health care organizations.
