About The Position

Eagle Valley Meadows is now hiring a Social Services Assistant! Social work experience in long-term care strongly preferred The Social Services Assistant provides medically related social services to attain or maintain the highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of our residents under the supervision of the Social Services Director.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (Social Services Designee Certificate required); associate or bachelor's degree in social work or human services field preferred.
  • Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
  • Previous social services experience preferred.
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff. Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence

Nice To Haves

  • Social work experience in long-term care strongly preferred
