About The Position

The Social Services Assistant provides medically related social services to
attain or maintain the highest physical, mental and psychosocial well-being of
our residents under the supervision of the Social Services Director.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Social Services Designee Certificate preferred); associate or bachelor’s degree in social work or human services field preferred.
• Strong passion for geriatric advocacy and commitment to senior care excellence.
• Previous social services experience preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
