About The Position

The Psychiatric Rehabilitation Services Aide (PRSA) is responsible for group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation and case management services to adults within a long term care/nursing home setting. The PRSA will participate with the interdisciplinary team to develop, implement and evaluate effective therapeutic services via facility programming.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Prior experience as a PRSA in a healthcare center preferred.
• CNA with a minimum of 1 year of experience preferred.
• Experience with Point Click Care (PCC) is helpful.
• Ability to successfully pass a pre-employment physical and criminal history background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide group and individual psychosocial rehabilitation services.
• Deliver case management services to adults in a long-term care setting.
