This position is responsible for: Provides social service assistance to eligible clients in the following areas: food, lodging, clothing, furniture, and financial aid; interviews clients to determine need and eligibility to receive assistance; assists clients who need help after the fire, flood, tornado, etc. Maintains the Pathway of Hope program, and HMIS for all shelter clients. Prepares accurate and complete client records; refers clients to community agencies and maintains effective working relationships; ensures compliance with program policies and procedures. Prepares Corps Administrative Support functions by completing appropriate Human Resources paperwork for submission in TSSAM; coordinates Corps Open Enrollment and assists with Benefit Orientation. In addition, I process new hires and administer the Paycom and Attendance for Corps employees.
