We’re seeking a talented, self‑motivated undergraduate for a 10‑week summer internship, 40 hours/week, to support our Communications team in developing social media strategy and content, with a primary focus on TikTok. This role will directly interact with key internal partners to create content, report on current social trends, and interact with the loyal Califia Farms audience, while helping to attract and engage new ones. This hybrid internship position works in the DTLA Arts District office Tuesday through Thursday. By the end of the internship, you will: Have a solid understanding of the social media landscape and trends Create compelling content for Califia’s social channels with a test-and-learn mentality Reach new consumers, creating a deeper resonance with a younger audience Confidently present data and recommendations in team settings Learn to bring to life Califia’s brand voice and positioning, acting as a consumer ambassador for the brand
