About The Position
As our Social Media Specialist, you’ll drive client acquisition and customer retention by developing original, engaging social content for the Home Services division of Xplor Technologies (FieldEdge, Service Autopilot, and Xplor Spot). You’ll create and manage the social strategy, build content calendars, develop engaging content that nurtures positive interactions, and serve as our in-house social platform expert, working with our marketing team to implement eye-catching organic posts to support our campaigns. You’ll also manage our online communities, responding to member requests, as well as be the 'voice of our company' as you respond to online reviews.
