About The Position

THE COLLECTION, South Florida’s foremost luxury automotive dealership, is now seeking a Social Media Specialist to manage the company’s various accounts and brands. We are seeking a well-rounded individual with social media management and content creation experience, who is digitally savvy, outgoing, proactive, and forward-thinking with excellent written and oral communication skills and a high level of organization. Our Social Media Specialist is responsible for creating and administering content on social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, with the primary goal of building an audience and maintaining real-time customer engagement. The successful individual will monitor site metrics, respond to reader comments, and oversee creative design and development. They will also evaluate and respond to all sponsorship and donation requests. In addition to regular business hours, the Social Media Specialist must be open to working promotional events that include nights and weekends.

Requirements

• Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
• Proficiency with specific software: Word, Excel, Canva, PowerPoint, PhotoShop, and Windows
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills – both written and oral
• Good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience in developing and executing Social Media marketing strategies
• Relevant product and luxury industry knowledge
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to ensure that tasks are completed accurately and efficiently

• Ability to attend in-person meetings, events, or photo/video shoots when required.
• Capacity to occasionally lift or move light equipment, such as cameras, tripods, or promotional materials up to 20 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Execute social media strategies that build brand awareness, generate inbound traffic, and increase sales.
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, content insights, and best industry practices.
• Explore emerging social media platforms and implement those that align with business objectives.
• Develop, publish, and share content daily (or multiple times per day) across various platforms and accounts.
• Capture and share live event moments in real time to maximize engagement.
• Strategically plan, generate, and execute content according to a structured calendar.
• Mastermind weekly photo shoot/videography partner to create lifestyle imagery.
• Manage photography partners and provide on-site management at all shoots and events.
• Maintain monthly Instagram Highlight updates featuring brand launches, events, and client deliveries.
• Cultivate and nurture meaningful connections with community members through platform technology like messaging, mentions, or comments.
• Solicit and manage user-generated content and relationships with influencers.
• Ensure a consistent brand presence, personality, and voice across all adopted social media platforms.
• Act as the face of the brand on social media, responding to all feedback, reviews, comments, and mentions.
• Monitor performance metrics and report progress by tracking, measuring, and analyzing campaign results.
• Draft event blurbs to share with the photo agency.
• Prepare post-event recap reports to share with brand partners.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews on the Podium platform daily.
• Manage Google My Business Accounts for all locations.
• Assist the Event Marketing Manager in developing and executing brand partnerships for events.
• Support the development and implementation of new strategies, programs, or initiatives.
• Attend meetings and/or events as scheduled.
• Establish baseline knowledge of all vehicle lines across multiple brands.
• Initial evaluation and response to all sponsorship/donation requests
• Manage weekend loan and donation baskets.
