We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and proactive Social Media Specialist to support the growth of our online presence and help bring our brand to life across social and influencer-driven content. In this role, you'll work closely with the Social Media and Influencer Marketing teams on content creation, creator initiatives, and creative development - all while staying deeply immersed in social trends and emerging formats. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social storytelling, creator culture, and digital trends who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

  • Assist the Influencer Marketing team is coordinating influencer initiatives, including asset gathering, content QA, and campaign organization.
  • Support creative development for influencer content by bringing trend-informed ideas, reference inspiration, and new content concepts to the team.
  • Help shape creative briefs for influencers and creators, ensuring clarity, originality, and alignment with brand direction.
  • Source, review, and organize user-generated content (UGC) for potential social use.
  • Work closely with the Social Media Manager & Advertising Content Manager to support content production - brainstorming concepts, assisting with shoots, and helping prepare assets.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to ensure content meets brand standards, campaign goals, and platform best practices.
  • Bring platform-native ideas and trend insights to brainstorms, contributing to a steady flow of fresh, relevant content.
  • Work closely with Retail, Digital, Production, and Advertising teams to support integrated social and influencer campaigns.
  • Serve as a flexible team player who can jump in to support broader social initiatives, projects, and brand moments as needed.
  • Monitor social platforms, flag relevant community interactions, and respond or escalate as appropriate to help strengthen brand relationships.
  • Stay informed on platform trends, youth culture, fashion, and digital storytelling to ensure content remains current and compelling.
  • Regularly bring new ideas, emerging content styles, and trend insights to the team.
  • Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar to ensure posts align with campaign timelines, seasonal moments, and brand messaging.
  • Track basic performance metrics and assist with compiling reports to support data-informed content planning.
  • Assist in copywriting needs across social posts, influencer content, or campaign-related materials.
  • Provide hands-on support for packaging, shipping, and preparing materials for influencer mailers.
  • Jump in on miscellaneous tasks as needed, supporting operational, creative, or logistical needs across teams.
  • Fulfill other requests as needed by the influencer Marketing and Social Media teams, ensuring flexibility and responsiveness to time-sensitive or last-minute needs.
  • Strong writing, communication, and organization skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Basic knowledge of social scheduling and analytical tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Availability for occasional weekend or special event support.
  • 1-3 years of experience in social media coordination, influencer marketing, or digital content creation.
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and major social platforms.
