The Social Media Specialist at Canandaigua National Bank strives to deliver an effective, comprehensive social media presence that supports the goals and objectives of the Corporate Strategic Plan and Marketing Strategic Plan. In coordination with the Integrated Marketing Manager, this role assists in planning, implementing and monitoring a multi-channel social media strategy to increase brand awareness, create engagement, support marketing efforts, deliver educational content, promote brand differentiators, and increase conversions based on appropriate goals through organic and paid social content. The Social Media Specialist is involved in several aspects of social media, including executing campaigns, reporting, monitoring social media channels and responding to social media inquiries as appropriate, tracking and escalating to manager if warranted. Works to ensure social media goals are established, tracked, and achieved using appropriate content style, format, and tone for various audiences/channels, expanding the social voice of the organization to include trained social spokespeople.
