We are searching for a creative and motivated Social Media Specialist to help expand and strengthen our brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other emerging social media platforms. In this role, you will support the execution of social media campaigns, develop engaging content, and contribute to telling the unique stories of our resorts, experiences, and lifestyle. This position is ideal for someone passionate about social media, content creation, and engaging with a global online audience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Proven track record in social media strategy, content creation and execution.
  • Passion for social media, trends and online consumer behavior.
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with an openness to change as strategy and business needs evolve.
  • Strong written and verbal skills.
  • Experience with Social Media Management tools (Sprinklr, Meltwater, Canva, etc.).
  • 1-2 years of experience with social media management or social content creation.
  • A portfolio is required for consideration.

  • Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of our Travel + Leisure Co. social media accounts, ensuring timely posting, engagement, and content alignment with brand strategy.
  • Create and edit engaging content that showcases the experiences and highlights of our resorts to inspire travel and bookings.
  • Build an active community by engaging with our audience, responding to comments and messages, and nurturing relationships with brand advocates.
  • Craft targeted strategies to differentiate channels and content according to target audiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the social media team supports all business needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging social media trends and best practices across key platforms, implementing them to drive deeper engagement.
