About the Role Mobile Medical Corporation (MMC) is seeking an experienced and driven Social Media Recruiter to develop and launch a comprehensive social media recruiting program targeting paramedics and nurses. This role is critical to our growth. During the first several months, the primary focus will be building a scalable social media recruiting strategy from the ground up. • Experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media recruiting program
• Build recruiting strategies across LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok
• Identify and attract top healthcare talent
• Create and manage recruiting content and campaigns
• Track metrics and optimize performance
• Support full recruitment lifecycle
• Partner with leadership on staffing needs
• Manage job postings and candidate communications
• Assist with onboarding and orientation
• Coordinate offboarding procedures
• Support workers’ compensation administration
• Assist with employee benefits and insurance coordination
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support HR compliance and policy implementation
• Assist with employee relations
• Coordinate training initiatives
• Support HR reporting and KPI tracking
