Service Experts is seeking a Social Media & PR Manager to lead the strategy, planning, creation, and execution of national organic social media and public relations efforts, including proactive earned media strategy, executive thought leadership, and brand storytelling across national outlets. This role will own the national social presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube, while also helping support and scale content across 75+ local Facebook pages. This is an exciting opportunity to help establish and evolve the social brand voice for Service Experts. The person in this role will play a key part in shaping how the brand shows up across social platforms, creating a stronger, more consistent, and more engaging presence for both national and local audiences. This person will be responsible for building content calendars aligned to national go-to-market priorities, briefing and managing agency partners, creating and editing social-first content directly, supporting local market requests, and reporting on engagement and performance. In addition, this role will manage the public relations agency to drive earned media opportunities and ensure those placements are amplified across owned channels through coordinated social, article, and video content. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with experience developing brand stories, managing agencies, creating compelling content, and connecting earned and owned media into a unified brand presence.
