About The Position

FULLBEAUTY Brands™ is the premier fashion and lifestyle destination for the plus size customer. We are an online and catalog marketplace offering a curated collection of the finest family of plus size brands and thousands of products. PROGRAM DETAILS: This is a full-time (36 hours per week), paid internship designed to provide hands-on experience and exposure across multiple areas of the business. Interns will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain practical, real-world experience in a professional environment. The program allows interns to explore the retail industry while developing a strong understanding of a multi-channel, direct-to-consumer business. Over the course of the 10-week program, interns will participate in meaningful project work that supports day-to-day business operations. In addition to hands-on learning, the program includes executive meet-and-greets, panel discussions, and professional development opportunities, offering valuable insight into leadership perspectives and potential career paths within the organization.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program with an expected graduation date between May 2026 and May 2027
  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Fashion, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
  • Strong interest in social media, influencer marketing, PR, and brand storytelling
  • Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and social media trends
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Assist with in-feed and Instagram design posts and content creation for New Mall Brands
  • Develop shot lists for photo and video shoots
  • Support on-set production by assisting during shoots
  • Conceptualize, capture, and support TikTok content creation
  • Analyze weekly performance metrics and engagement data across social platforms
  • Coordinate and place PR sample orders through the warehouse
  • Support press outreach logistics and tracking
  • Source influencers for Q3 and Q4 organic gifting campaigns across all brands
  • Organize and manage UGC assets within OneDrive
  • Analyze performance data and results from influencer partnerships
  • Create and maintain influencer line plans for Q3 and Q4
  • Assist with event coverage when needed
  • Support brand storytelling initiatives across channels
  • Coordinate office samples
  • Organize and ship samples to influencers and press partners
