We're looking for a Social Media Podcast and Content Creator fluent in digital culture and passionate about storytelling. Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in social media, digital content, or influencer marketing (bonus points for experience in podcasting or cultural/arts organizations).
• Deep knowledge of platform best practices and current trends across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
• A creative eye and strong storytelling instincts — you know how to make culture resonate.
• Experience working with talent, influencers, and creators — and a knack for building relationships.
• Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills with a voice that can flex across platforms.
• Comfort with analytics and social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite, Linktree, Canva).
• Passion for the arts, ideas, and the power of cultural institutions to shape public life.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute 92NY's social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, YouTube), driving engagement and expanding audience.
• Use social media and other digital platforms to showcase 92NY's signature events, podcasts, and cultural initiatives.
• Establish and manage partnerships with influencers to elevate brand visibility and drive audience growth.
• Produce compelling social-first content — from short-form video and memes to behind-the-scenes moments and live-event coverage.
• Create and implement podcast promotion strategies, helping grow listenership and audience engagement across platforms.
• Proactively track emerging trends, tools, and platform updates to consistently introduce innovative and creative ideas.
• Leverage analytics and performance insights to optimize content and guide strategic decision-making.
